A Senior Peer Counsellor is a trained volunteer who will provide support and guidance through difficult times including:
- Bereavement
- Loss
- Relocation
- New living situations
- Retirement issues
- Relationship concerns
- Health problems
- Reduced income
- Times of anxiety
