A Senior Peer Counsellor is a trained volunteer who will provide support and guidance through difficult times including:

  • Bereavement
  • Loss
  • Relocation
  • New living situations
  • Retirement issues
  • Relationship concerns
  • Health problems
  • Reduced income
  • Times of anxiety
